I played it September 12 style, without shooting, and discovered -- during about five minutes of "play" -- that the female border-crossing character slows down and gets closer and closer to the player's screen.

I remember a game that first appeared after 9-11. It took place in a 7-11 store where bin laden himself (complete with turban) popped up from behind the counter in different places while the player took aim. Not many people claimed offence to that game because bin laden was the bad guy! But what about all the people that work at 7-11 and similar stores. They aren't Afghanistan. I didn’t like that game just as I don’t like this one, but is any game that racially profiles anyone offensive... of course! Just remember, there would be no game if there were no illegals! We stop that, we stop the games and other stereotypes. It’s not fair that so many people who have entered this country legally have had to study and pass exams to become citizens. The children born here take tests constantly in school and most of them eventually graduate. But a person with no education and no skill other than labor wants to come here and have the same rights as the other people I mentioned. And that’s what has most Americans angry at the illegal immigrants. They are not taking jobs... good jobs anyway, from us but they will guarantee an increase in taxes. And I don’t want to pay any more than we already are!

By the way, the native americans weren't here first. There were people more ancient, as is shown in native american folklore and archeological digs.

We also did not bring war. It wasn't new to the native americans. They raided neighboring tribes for access to hunting grounds and so on. How to beat the game

As Elizabeth noticed, if you don’t shoot the characters, they will slow down and get closer to the player. This can be used to actually win in some strange way. If you try to shoot as many you can, they’ll keep running fast and far away, my best was around 40 out of the 88 possibly, and the game lasted for 30 sec. That’s 138,240 crossed the border and 115,200 murders a day, if you do it the violent way. If you don’t shoot any immigrants, 88 Mexicans will have crossed the border in around 2.30 min. that’s 50,688 crossings a day and no murders!
But hey you can do it even better! ‘Breeders’ brings four Mexicans to the country, so you will reach 88 to fast. Kill the first one and others so only one single man is crossing the border. He will run slower and slower and suddenly, after an hour or so, he won’t show up! I managed to stop illegal immigration on the Mexican border only by killing 5 and letting 32 Mexicans in.

There is a process to immigrate legally. Why should we give 11 million illegal immigrants from Mexico citizenship when we don't offer the same thing to 11 million people from every other country in the world? Yes, America was built on immigrants but things are different today. It's time to put the "no vacancy" sign out. We don't have unlimited resources and we can't afford to take in all of these people. There are not 11 million Mexican's paying taxes and social security. There is more money going out to these immigrants that they are paying in. If they want to work here then let them apply for work visas, but don't grant them citizenship. If they are illegal, ship them all back and make them wait in line like legal immigrants from other countries. If things continue the way that they are, there will be a backlash in this country and there will be another "American" revolution. This is the United Stated of America, not the united states of Mexico.

I fully respect other's freedom of speech as well as mine, so the game is fine by me; I even played a few rounds, its quite amusing.

This game is in the spotlight because the Mexico -> USA inmigration problem is on both government's agendas as priorities.

My take on this subject is that, USA lawmakers have no choice but to adapt the laws to their reality, and their reality is that they have 12+ MILLION supposed freeloaders on the american dream, that are actually paying taxes with fake USA social security numbers and NOT getting social security benefits; that means that the USA goverment is STEALING worker's money, and subsequently those inmigrants are RESCUING the USA social security system and benefactors with needed cash to support them, otherwise there would be a scandal for lack of money in related subjects like medical care for the poor.

So, Id like to see USA laws criminilazing inmigration, to actually note the real consecuences AGAINST all of those crybabies, who actually are descendants of, you know? INMIGRANTS!

It is entirely unimaginative and plays like a Pollock joke, only with a short interest span. Unimaginative, boring, unappealing with a very narrow target market, relying entirely on low tactic publicity.

I do feel that there is an agenda with this game, but that is not unheard of. How many video games are out there where the object is to kill the Nazis? countless. And I like many of them. But they bear a political propaganda just the same.

I don't support racial or ethnic or hatred of any kind. Hatred degenerates the human mind and spirit and ultimately harms the hater most. People are people regardless of race or ethnicity, just like a dog is a dog regardless of breed. To say that a boxer is better than a pincher is entirely relative to opinion and circumstance. Myself, I feel that if they can mate, then the halfbreed offspring has a genetic advantage.

If you know anything about genetic evolution, you know that overspecialization of species promotes inability to adapt to changing environments. In other words the mutts have the best genes. So racial supremacy is just plain stupid not to mention ignorant.

But I don't feel that the game is centered around race so much as current political issues and stereotypes. Unfortunately, many people are to dull to understand those things on a reasonable level and will dumb it down to racism.

Everyone agrees something needs to be done to slow the tide of illegals coming into the country. What and how to go about it is the 64 thousand dollar question. We can't start killing people just because they want a better life for themselves and their families. This is not a new problem. It has been going on for decades under both Democrat and Republican administrations, both on the federal and border state levels. The federal government is best equipped to deal with the problem but it all comes down to money. The illegals want to get here any way they can and American businesses want them here so they can get cheap labor without paying their fair share of associated employee costs. Bottom line is everyone involved wants something for nothing. The problem with that is, nothing is free and for every action there is an equal but opposite reaction. Cheap labor by illegals drives up the cost to the feds, state and local governments through medical care, schools, jails, insurance companies, etc. etc, etc. The lists just go on forever. The US needs to bring the militaary home from Iraq, put them guarding our boarders, have sanctions against Mexico for not doing their part to police their boarders and penalize US companies like the ass wipes at Wal-Mart for hiring illegals. Take away the profits from companies that hire illegals, and the problem will pretty much just go away. Money is the driving force behind this problem. It has always been and will always be that way until someone, somewhere, has the balls to stop it.

I happen to agree with many of the posters here who have said that you can't ask for a "Citizen's Rights" when you are not a CITIZEN of that country. If I were to visit The Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, etc...I would not DREAM of trying to make them (read: "Force Them to") communicate in my language (even though many of them already do...yes they have learned to speak English!). I would instead (and did) immerse myself in their culture. I would not be waving my American flag there because I respect the fact that I am currently a GUEST in another country and realize that I must obey their laws/customs, etc. Now could I move there and live there permanently? Probably not! Like mentioned before gaining citizenship in another country is a PRIVILEGE and not a right or a demand! It is when another country either sees your political situation/anguish and allows you to seek refuge or when they see your worth to their nation or when you might have proven yourself worthy of being a citizen of that country through a dedicated, LEGAL path towards such.

I also agree with many of the posters that waving the Mexican flag during your protests really did not help the situation much. The way our "controlled" media spells it out is that you WANT to become citizens of this country. Well...(and this is not to all of you )..I do not see it by that gesture! If I were to renounce my US citizenship and immigrate to another country I would be damned if I would be waving the Stars and Stripes because 1) I am now a citizen of another country that has taken me as their own, and 2) if I am leaving my former country it would probably be due to some hardship, political reason, etc. that would prevent me from doing so (waving the flag that is) with a clear conscience.

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- One day after nationwide rallies on immigration policy, the status of illegal immigrants continued to generate heated debate Tuesday.

NewsCenter 5's Amalia Barreda reported Tuesday that those who oppose amnesty for illegal aliens are raising their voices.

Residents will discuss Article 12 at a town meeting in Framingham, which aims to keep illegal immigrants from working at restaurants. Local officials said that it's the jurisdiction of the federal government to keep tabs on illegal immigrants.

"They can have tuberculosis. They can have some other communicable disease and no one will even know. They are touching our food, and no one even cares," resident Jim Rizoli said.

Rizoli said that public health concerns in Framingham restaurants prompted him to submit Article 12. The article proposes that the licensee "shall not employ any person not present in the United States in compliance with applicable law."

John Stasik, a town official, said that the health risk claims are not legitimate and enforcing the measure would be impossible.

"There are some 1,500 restaurants in town. I can’t imagine the workforce that would be necessary to inspect all of them to make sure that every body at every restaurant was a documented citizen," he said.

"The message is that we don't want illegals working here -- especially in our restaurants and especially if they haven't been checked for diseases and those types of things. It's sending a message. We are putting them on notice that if you hire illegals, you are actually admitting that you are hiring people that could be a risk factor in the town," Rizoli said.

"I think the reality of sending the message that we don't want them here is very divisive and creates an enormous amount of animosity," Stasik said.
